How we inspect your products

General inspection

Whether you're on our Service A or Service B plan, your goods are sent to our warehouse for a free general inspection. We follow Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, just like other inspection companies.

For defective products, if you're using our selected suppliers, we handle quality issues at no additional cost. If you're using your own suppliers, we can assist in resolving issues, but logistics and travel fees may apply.

For custom inspection solutions or a lower defect rate, please contact our agent for details on any additional fees.

Full inspection

To achieve a 0% defect rate, we recommend our full inspection service, where we identify and remove all defective products. Our standard rate is $5 per hour. Contact our agent to discuss your needs and receive a customized quote.

Sea freight

This is the most cost-effective but slowest shipping method, taking 15–40 days from China to your destination port. We'll select LCL or FCL based on your shipment volume.

Air freight

This is the fastest shipping method, with transit times from China to your destination airport in just 2–5 days. For shipments over 500 kg, this option is more cost-effective than international courier.

Railway freight

We offer FCL and LCL shipping to countries along the New Eurasian Land Bridge. Rail express takes half the time of sea freight and is significantly cheaper than air freight.

Ship to door

We offer door-to-door logistics for most countries, including all export and import taxes. In addition to private warehouses, we deliver directly to Amazon fulfillment centers or other third-party locations. Our team ships by sea, air, or rail, manages import procedures, and completes final delivery by truck or courier.

Local truck delivery

The most common solution for traditional sea-freight-to-door shipping, offering cost-effective rates for goods over 3 CBM. Transit times vary by logistics schedule, typically taking 3–10 days.

 

Local express delivery

This solution combines fast international sea transport with domestic express delivery, making it 30% faster than traditional sea freight with truck delivery. It also reduces costs by up to 70% compared to courier or air freight. Minimum shipment volume is 50 kg.

Cargo consolidation

We collect goods from suppliers across different cities in China and consolidate them into one container to reduce shipping costs.

For clients on our Service A or Service B plans, we offer free warehousing and cargo consolidation for 1–2 months.
