With B, you use your own supplier resources, and Shineymoon Sourcing negotiates with your supplier to resolve any quality issues, but the final loss is borne by you or your supplier.
Can I use both Pro Plan and Basic Plan simultaneously?
Yes, you can. If you have multiple products to source, you can create a B order for those you buy from your own suppliers and a A order for those you buy from Shineymoon's suppliers.
How is the service fee calculated for low-value mixed orders?
For the Basic Plan, the minimum service fee is $100.
For both the B and A, when ordering multiple products, each should have a minimum purchase value of $500. However, we calculate this as an average across all items.
- If the total order value divided by the number of products meets or exceeds $500 (e.g., $2,000 for four products), no additional handling fee applies.
- If the total falls short and includes too many low-value items, a $25 handling fee per product will be charged for those below the minimum.
Will you share the supplier information from the Pro Plan?
We can't disclose the supplier details under most circumstances. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients to conduct on-site factory inspections.
